Just saw the thread on H&M in HK and I was thinking the same thing. Does anyone know if there are any other UK High St stores in HK other than Zara, Mango, M&S and Espirit? There seems to be a great deal more of them in Singapore. I know you can get the odd thing from Monsoon etc from Stanley market but I am after the proper shops. Heard a rumour that there was a Laura Ashley here on the Kowloon side.
Any ideas welcome - pleased to hear H&M are coming.

Zara, Mango and Espirit - UK stores...?
Laura Ashley is in Sogo in Causeway Bay and CityPlaza, Taikoo Shing.

You know what I mean! Those you find in a UK High Street.
Thanks for the advice on Laura Ashley.

Actually no... I live in HK and when I visit the UK (London) on holiday I don't visit the mass-market fashion stores.
FYI, re. Laura Ashley. It's been a long time since I passed by these stores but I recall the one in Taikoo is an actual store and hence a bit bigger with more stock. The one in Sogo (if still there) is just a corner area.

Yes,I must admit i prefer to have clothes made to measure for size whilst I'm in Asia and just use those stores for sports/underwear/some shoes etc.

Well, there's a lot of us who actually do like to buy clothes from 'mass-market fashion stores' - NZlawyergirl, I know exactly what you mean!

Thanks everyone for your input. Difficult to see which shops in London which have more than one store/location are not classed as mass market fashion stores but still.
If loving (and missing) Oasis, Monsoon, Coast, GAP, Whistles, LK Bennett, Karen Millen etc makes me a mass market fashionista then that is OK with me! Mrs X - thanks for the support!
