I never had this problem with my previous helpers who were all angels but this one is now cliaming that I did not pay her wages-totally untrue and if so why has she been working with us for 6 months and that I did not gve her days off- totally untrue.
I heard labour tribunals only listen and take the word of the helper against the employer.
Is there anyone who can advise what I shd do?
I am an emplyee , married with two small kids and for assets only have my property which is a flat in Tung Chung that I am paying a mortgage on and suddenly the sky falls on me and this helper is claiming HKD25000 plus.
I hope someone can help me out of this frivolous claim.

omg, you did not let her sign rececived of salary every month or keep any record that you paying her salary??

As with all my previous helpers I used to take money out of my ATM and give her cash and she used to sign the receipt of payment. But now she is claiming non payment after six months. So i do have the receipts she signed.

Strange, what are you afraid of? You have the signed receipts that she received her salaries. Go and see her in court. You'll get a fair shake in the labour tribunal.
