We'll be coming to HK for a week long recky( before we move in the summer)...so my question is, which restaurant do you recommend where there's great food & a an a quintesentialy HK evening.

It needn't be the poshest....just the most honest.

I read somewhere that there are something like 70,000 restaurants in HK, HK has a land area of something like 1,000 sq km (six times size Washington DC) so maybe try and give an indication of area and restaurant style/price range.

For chinese food, American Restaurant always good. Causeway Bay, like most restaurant in Times Sq. At Worldtrade Ctr, Luk Yeung Tsuen is another of my favorite....Their lunch dim sum....mmmmmmmm!!!
