For now, just keep a record of all the evidence - videos, messages, calls, recordings, etc. Date and time each incident. You will need to present this to the police at a later date. If the police choose to do nothing and say that there is nothing they can do, have them put this in writing. But it sounds too early for that if they have yet to obtain a statement from him.
