She's four. I think less than $4000 in total. It depends...

Most birthday parties we attended in the last couple of years have been held in Club houses of people's residential estates.... or country clubs. You don't have to be the member, or resident, if you know a friend or relative who can book the venue for you, then it's best.

Kids at this age needs space to run around rather than sit down to eat. A clown would be nice, or kindermusik activities would be an idea.

3 hours at a club house, bouncy castle is an option, some simple finger foods, and a birthday cake, running around activities, favor bags... awesome party already!

With your budget, it depends how many people you are planning to invite.

There is a gymboree-like place in the New World shopping center basement next to the InterContinental Hotel in TST east. They have coaches to guide the kids through various activities. They also have a room available for snacks and birthday cake, etc. Also, there's always McDonald's. They also hold parties for kids. Try the one at the Festival Walk. It's newly reopened. Good luck !

sorry I didn't suggest the obvious McD's, Little Gym, Gymboree, b/c I assumed you already know these options and were looking for alternatives.

Clubhouses- many residential estates have clubhouse facilities that doesn't need membership, but someone who lives there.

The new McD' in Festival walk is indeed an eye opener, very nice.

Yes. The little gym is in New World Centre. Sorry I forgot it's name. They can also recommend a clown/magician. We went to a party that once, and it was fun.
