Carpet Cleaning

I purchased a shaggy rug from Tequila Kola and my dog decided it was a lovely place to relieve himself. I need to get it cleaned but got a quote from the dry cleaners for $700. I was wondering in there are any companies on HK that hire out carpet steam cleaners. Please help, my carpet stinks like a toilet.

We had our carpets cleaned (4 tibetan thick wool, old afghan style and a silk one)


I called 5 different companies for quotes. Some came to measure, and others used the measurements I gave them for the quote.


I suggest you getting quotes from all the companies in the AsiaXPat A-Z and DollarSaver as the prices really varied.


Chem-Dry was the lease expensive and very friendly. Not only that, I gave them the measurements based on the numbers I received from those that did the home visit - and when they returned the carpets and it was time to pay they informed me they were smaller than I told them and reduced the bill! Which means that the companies that came to quote 'overmeasured' my carpets!


Anyway, they did a great job, and we will use them again.
