We signed a lease agreement and in it the landlord agreed to make some renovations to the house. They have made some of those, using the lowest possible quality materials, but okay, we'll upgrade light fixtures, etc. to make them usable. The biggest problem is they were going to update the master bathroom, but haven't done it, and now say they won't. The changes are pretty necessary because the tub is not usable as it is now. We are supposed to move in in less than 2 weeks.
Can we get out of this agreement and get our deposit back since they didn't uphold their end of the agreement?
