I found out that the clarified seems not updated.
For example : View All Handbags & Luggage (371) - dated till 19 Jan.
Under Women handbags - many new items posted on 20 Jan

Thanks for the feedback.
When we imported the ads from the top level categories for sections with many hundreds of ads such as Home Furnishings, it was not possible to sort them and push them to the second level categories that we added; there were too many of them, and many of them had multiple items.
What we did was import all the ads for those sections into a View All category. Then all new classified ads that get posted would appear in the second level categories going forward.
Essentially to view the older ads users need to View All --- and to view new ads they would click the second level categories.
Not ideal but it was the best solution we could come up with.
This will only persist for a short period because the old ads will expire and we will eliminate the View All sections.

actually this is the ideal solution,
and i would suggest that you keep a "view all" category, not everyone comes here looking for specific items,
i sometimes just browse everything and buy some items which i am not looking for specifically also.. so better to retain "view All" category.

I also agree - it would be perfect to funnel all the ads for each section into a "view all" category. People might miss place their ad and would get missed and it is often good just to browse the full section enabling people to see things they might not otherwise find.

~ agree “View ALL” suppose for all items
~ second level - sometimes quite difficult to make decision (eg clothes/wallet/watches), coz model fit for men and women, that means I need to post 2 times
~ old version is great, no need to divide into second level (eg i can use search fuction to seek what i want)
