Hi

I need a short term lease for 4 months from Aug to Dec. My current least ends in Aug but I cant commit to a new full term lease due to uncertainity in Job - Current landlord is being unreasonable and not extending saying he wont be able to rent the apt in January!

need the place on HK island preferably on the south side due to kids schooling.

Any suggestions, advice would be helpful
