Where can I find a service apartment or decent lodge accommodation on twin sharing basis for 5 days in kowloon, Hong Kong costing USD 25-30 per day

A serviced apartment for USD 30 (HKD 240) per day? Nowhere in HK is my guess. The cheapest I think I've seen advertised would be the Horizon (something-or-other) Suites out in the Eastern New Territories. You might be able to find that on the net somewhere. Don't know about lodge accommodation, but hopefully someone will come along who does.
