I'll arrive in Bali Denpasar at around 2am in the morning and need to catch a fast boat to Gili Island the next morning at about 8am. Thought it's not worth to get a hotel room just for less than 4 hours stay.

Do you know if there's a beach that is safe and nice to rest for a few hours or if there might be a beach bar or club that opens till the morning ?

Any suggestion is most appreciated !

I assume you are leaving from Sanur... I don' think there are any restaurants open overnight in that area unless you go into one of the hotels such as the Hyatt.

The beach will be deserted at that time....

Thanks very much Ed ! I found a few fast boat company leaving at different piers though, will try to figure out which one works best ! : )
