i have a serious problem because I lost possessions and money due to someone's fault and irresponsibility


I have witnesses that this person admited that owes me money and wants to pay but don't have money at the moment.


I still didn't get any money back


I wanted to know if I can present this case and make it public in the internet and to what degree I can reveal personal identity of person that owes me money? First name and first letter of last name? Don't know what is the law in HK.


I also need legal advice in my problem !

Why don't you consult a lawyer and sue them instead? Won't that get your money back quicker than defaming someone on the internet? And yes if you start posting that person's name everywhere that may be defamatory and you may be sued yourself. And don't think forums like this are anonymous - they are not and your IP can be traced back quite easily.
