I'm a non-resident Canadian with money invested in Canada. I live and work as a permanent resident here in Hong Kong.
I see that tax laws in Canada, re: agreements with Hong Kong, have changed as of 2012.
Is there anyone out there is knowledgeable about these changes and/or what the Canadian tax laws for non-residents are regarding money earned in Canada as a non-resident just now.
Thank you!
Louise
