I Would like recommendations for a good renovator around the Saikung area. They would need to be able to speak fluent English and help us to manage a project. The property for renovation is an old village house so budget is limited.

Contact Charles from National Harbour HK. They do basically everything on house works and Charles himself is native English speaker and very professional.
