Wow Thailand for dental work.. I've known people to go o/s for dental only to find themselves in an even bigger dilemma when something went wrong. Any reason for not trying a local "honky" dentist?

Wow Cara lol... Did you read my post carefully? You mentioned "expat" dentist... I mentioned "Honky" local dentists... Still don't understand?? Lol..


There are plenty of local dentist (not expat) that charge very reasonably and just a fraction of what we westerners are used to paying..


And regardless of how good you may believe your dentist is (and im sure Thailand has vey capable dentist ^^), whether you would like to believe it or not, there is always a chance that something may go wrong.. I've seen it happen to a friend who likewise thought it couldn't happen to him..
