Where can I buy a reasonably priced wedding dress? Nothing too princess-like. Just simple and elegant.

I went through the same search over Christmas, so I'll share with you my experiences. Two places I narrowed my choices down to are actually small showrooms that cater to distributors from the overseas market. They have some dresses you can buy, rent, or have them tailored to you, starting in the $4300 range and up. Call ahead and make an appointment to try on some dresses.
