Does anyone have any experience with the delonghi EO32852 / does it get problematic that the lower heating elements are hidden?

Alternatively the Panasonic NBH 3200 which appears to be way cheaper (http://www.fortress.com.hk/en/product/details.php?productfamily=APSNNBH3200)?
