Sorry, waht I mean is do Bonaqua do the home deliver of 5 gallon bottles of water in Singapore like they do in HK. I need to know whether or not to pack my dispenser or ditch it.

As mentioned above, Coca-Cola does not market Bonaqua in Singapore so it is very doubtful Coca-Cola would offer a home delivery service for a product it does not sell there.
Perhaps if you post a thread on the Singapore Asiaxpat site, you will find out which brands of water are available for home delivery.
