File a Complaint again Solicitor

I wish to file a complaint against my solicitor for charging me outrageous fees. He already has a case against him. I'm outraged and I don't want this to happen to someone else. Please advise.

You can send in a formal letter of complaint to the Law Society of HK, link : http://www.hklawsoc.org.hk/pub_e/default.asp
