Need Advice for Irresponsible Landlord

Hi all, I'm needing some advice. I first complained about the kitchen ceiling (it's literally falling apart, I have to clean up chunks of debris daily!) to my landlord's representative on 28th May last year. In the past 9 months, it's been repaired twice and both times, the repair lasted a day. (mind you, the second time I had to call my own repairman as they kept saying the landlord was "out of town")

Yesterday, someone from the FEHD came to inspect for a second time to determine where the seepage is coming from, he said it would take 2-3 months for the results to come back which is honestly so ridiculous.

I just got off the phone with the landlord's representative, I lost it with her because she said the landlord was out of town again and couldn't get a hold of her. I've asked countless time for a solution, even if it as temporary. I even put up a little tarp to keep the debris from falling. I've never met the actual landlord and I'm so tired from arguing with the representatives. She even said that if it's too much then I should just move out....

So no compensation for the trouble I've had for the past 9 months, the representive basically keeps giving me the "don't shoot the messenger" excuse.

Moving out is just too much of a hassle for me right now. I'm not sure what to do at this moment.
