looking for inexpensive weekly rental

We are looking for a hotel room/ serviced flat for three people including one wheelchair user for 4 to 7 nights starting 29th or 30th October until 2nd, 3rd or 4th November. (We would select our dates in accordance with what accommodation we are able to find.) Preferred area would be Wanchai, but Central, North Point, Causeway Bay would be OK. Need to be near bus line or MTR, accessible building with lift. Have been searching AsiaRooms, Agoda, Expedia as well as the serviced apartments section here and come up with nothing for this period within our budget (maximum 1,000$ per night). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

+The only price of HKD 946 including promotion for stayng over 3 nights is YWCA , Garden Road, Central, HK. They have wheelchair access from the entrance on ground floor, to the lifts, and no trouble there. The first block of only 5 nights is 5th Novemer - 9th Nov. it is fully booked beforehand, with the wait-list full, and I was told not much chance as the rooms were more or less confirmed. do have a look at their website. Garden Road is on the No. 12A bus route into main Central, as YWCA is l MacDonnell Road, at the top of Garden Road which is a steep climb from Central, although designated as being in Central. l2A stops outside the YWCA, and is easily accessed thrugh Central areas, and the single decker bus has a moving platform to allow access onto it from the road.
