My 18 year-old son has grown up in HK and has just been denied permanent residency. He is not able to stay in HK on the dependent visa now and HK has always been his home. Are there any ideas on how to content this without having to pay a fortune?

Namaste, what exactly did the refusal letter from Immigration say? Usually, they just follow the law and it would seem your son unfortunately was ineligible for PR, otherwise they would have given it to him.
