I need advice.. i have a co-worker spreading rumors about me. I tried to confront her but she denied everything.and there's another coworker, who's willing to testify about it. The question is..where to start? where to go,and what to do?

You should first make all attempts to document (collect evidence) of this misconduct including emails and particulars re conversations. Have you spoken to her supervisor for some direction?
