Can I sue or not?

Hi there,


I just found out thru friends that I've been obviously appearing on Roadshow TVBus program. I was wondering if there is possibility for me to sue the company since nobody asked my approval.


I haven't seen myself the show but according to my friends, I'm well recognised.


Any tips?

Where was the photo or video that is used taken/shot. Were you in a public accessible space? Are you a filler in the background or is the video or photo focused on you?


If the answers are that you are in a public accessible space and you were in the back ground I would say you may not be able to do anything. If you not be depicted in negative way, what is the issue.

Hi and thanks for your prompt reply. I was in a bookshop and they filmed me paying at the cashier. This program was about bookshops in Hk ( I found out after someone informed me seeing me in bus)when I asked the shop owner, she confirmed my obvious appearance in that film.


I tried to watch myself the film by going on the website but was not able to find it.

I'm not happy with my image featuring all over Hk buses and I like to think they should have ask before filming me there...
