Hi all.
My dog managed to break a couple of keys on my Mac Book Pro - Any suggestions on a place I can get it fixed - Hong Kong Island central would be the best?

The apple repair centre is in the Hang Lung Centre in Causeway bay - nr. Windsor House. I can't remember which floor, but you need to go into the lift foyer, not up the escalators. It is fairly new and I had a terrible time finding it, but the service was excellent.

I broke a few keys on mine as well, and the chaps at New Vision (Wellington St - in or right next to the Winway building) fixed them for free in about 5 minutes.
They are Apple resellers and are generally very good.

I have tried Macwin Technology that is in Tsim Sha Tsui there service is very good and fast. The technician there honestly told me what the problem is and charged me very reasonable price for fixing logic board 1500 HKD. Apple shop quoted me 8000 to change the logic board.
Give it a Try!

My maid damaged my iMac whilst I was on holidays.. damage i can see is a smashed LCD screen.. Insurance company wants a quote and a "probable cause letter"..
Its an older machine (2006 iMac 17" , 2 Ghz).. so if expensive to repair then insurance will replace with new one.. thus I really would like a nice expensive quote or better yet "cannot repair" ..
Anyone has any suggestions?
