Does anyone know where I can get any good quality local soft cheese (like cottage cheese, cream cheese, or ricotta), if there is even such a thing? I'm not a fan of the processed imported stuff like Philadelphia etc. in supermarkets - used to get a whole selection of natural cream cheeses in the UK from farmers markets for the kids' breakfast, but cant find an equivalent here
