Antenatal and Postnatal sports

I am 13 weeks pregnanat and start to feel better now after a lot of tiredness and nausea in the first 12 weeks. I am looking for a sportsgroup (yoga or light gymnastics) in Central during lunchtime or early evening to fit to my workingschedule. Does anyone have an idea where to go?

I highly recommend the following 2 yoga studios:

They run a Prenatal Yoga class on Friday from 12.45 - 1.45pm.

Linda runs a prenatal yoga class on Monday night from 6:00pm - 7.15pm.


I found the above prenatal yoga classes quite beneficial during my first pregnancy.

Hi, there is a great Pre-natal Pilates class on Tuesday at 12.45 - 1.45pm at Yoga Central.
