I'am pretty new to HK and is currently 5 months pregnant. This is my first baby. Can someone tell me where I can take prenatal classes in HK. Also, when is it a good time to take these type of classes or should I have already started?

We run prenatal classes at Matilda International Hospital. A set of 6 classes (partners welcome) each 1 1/2 hours on either a Monday or Wednesday evening. We recommend starting around the sixth month of pregnancy but the classes fill up quickly so you will need to call Hilda on 2849 0357 to see if there are still places. The price of the class is HK$2000 (we don't charge for the partner!)
There are other classes such as infant emergency care and first aid that you might be interested in plus one for helpers.

my husband and i took ante-natal classes at the matilda and were very impressed and pleased. if you are going to be having your baby at the matilda, i would recommend you take those classes.
do not wait until your eighth month to start the classes! we only made it through five of the classes before our son was born.... but no matter which class you take, do sign up in advance.
