Hi I came across these sites when looking for info on PCO i was suprised and shocked with what i read on the forum but glad to be more informed. Hope you POC suffers feel the same.

Mrs MigginsI wasn't getting hung up about it it was just something i didn't know was a possibility with PCO and i know some other girls on this site who also have PCO and i don't think they know either so it was just about more infomation. Thanks for your reply though glad to hear your managing you PCO so well.

does smoking harmful if you have PCOS.

I know it is harmful, once you are pregnant , but does it effect PCOS?
