Has anyone used Dr Lam or Dr Wan at the HK Prenatal Diagnosis Center in St George's Building?
I understand they have very good technology, but am eager to learn of your experiences with Dr Lam sspecifically.
Good things I have heard:
80% natural birth rate (only 20% C-Section)
Adventist, Matilda, etc...
Will let you walk, squat, whatever during labour
Very patient and will explain things
Very complete pre-natal testing, etc...
Not so Good things:
He has never had an external midwife present, and is not comfortable with the idea. He said he has a good relationship with the midwives and nurses at the hospitals and prefers to work with them.
His office is very busy
Does not provide written information or external resources for parents to learn/review

I know he has a 3D or 4D machine - but that is not a reason for me personally to choose a doctor.
Have any of you met with him?

i have seen Dr Lam once for my 20 week scan and found him very nice. However i did have to wait for over 1 hour at my appt. My husband likes to come to my visits with me and obviously having to wait that long for an appt makes it difficult. my girlfriend is seeing Dr Lam and is very happy with him and he will deliver her baby.

We had to wait an hour for our appt with Dr Lam as well. It was also for a one-time scan. Very crowded waiting room.
