where to buy folic acid in HK

I have been looking for folic acid and couldn't find it in Watsons nor Mannings. Do I need to go to the doctor's or can I get it over the counter somewhere else in HK?

I got mine from the Dr but also saw the same one in Watsons behind the pecriptions counter

You can buy Materna which is a multi vitamin supplement which also has folic acid. It's available at Mannings and Watsons, or you can get from you obstretician.

I buy lots of stuff from here, including folic acid, vit c etc, its sooooo much cheaper than HK, even with shipping!

You don't need a specific folic acid supplement (perhaps unless your doc has advised) - just get a general ante-natal multi-vit which has more than enough folic acid, plus all the other stuff you need. I use Materna.
