I have heard the Canossa is a cheaper option for private delivery, but from their website it is $28,000 for OB care excluding epidural, the paediatrician or your first visit, and $26,000 for a private room for 3 days...this totals $54,000 plus about another $5,000 for epidural etc = $59,000.
Is this really cheaper than going to, say, the Adventist? A 3 day room there is $26,900 and I read on another thread of a private OB whose charges for OB care and delivery at the Adventist are $27,000 = $54,000 - pretty much the same as the Canossa...
Am I missing something? Has the Canossa put their prices up?
