Anybody an idea which yoga studio and/or private teacher offers yoga classes for pregnant women. I sent an enquiry to Yoga Limbs 7 days ago but no reply so far.
Cheers!

I went to 3 Yoga clinics in Central when I was pregnant: Yoga Central, Yoga Limbs and the Celestial Wishing Tree (don't know what its current name is).
I thought Yoga Central was the best - lots of pelvic lunges. It is located on Wyndham St. The pregnancy session is at lunchtime on Fridays.

Thanks for that, will call them later!

000Monkey,
I have taken yoga with Wanda at Yoga Limbs with both of my pregnacy and found them great. Wanda has had 4 children and really helps you with the whole process. I found with my last child delivery was very smooth and the breathing Wanda taught me helped lots.
I will see Wanda tomorrow for the Baby&Mom yoga class my son and I go to, can I get her to contact you? Her telephone number is 2525-7415

Not sure if you are interested but I've just recently purchased a DVD called FitMama prenatal workout by Leisa Hart. In this she teaches salsa dancing, yoga, labour and delivery prep and some stretching. I'm only in my first trimester and have used the DVD a few times which I have throroughly enjoyed but had to stop as morning sickness approached :(
Once my morning sickness goes (fingers crossed) I plan on taking yoga classes but use the DVD on other days.
I purchased the dvd on geobaby site.

I buy my DVDs from this site:
www.collagevideo.com
Do a search for pregnancy and you get a nice list. I bought Leisa Hart from there too, also Kathy Smith, Crunch's Yoga Mamma etc.
I wish I had time for yoga classes!

LOL - great minds eh? yes, i buy based on the 1 min preview, and the reviews in the mag they send. From the previews I get to see how much choreography there is - dont want too many complicated steps or big use of space which we dont have in HK.
I prefer the Kathy Smith. I have two yogas - the Crunch and one other, Yoga for your Pregnancy. I think I prefer Yoga Mama. I felt the Leisa Hart had too many stretches in difficult positions (and I LIKE stretching, I stretch a LOT), plus her changes were too quick, didnt really give me time to get balance etc. And those WHITE TEETH - scary.

Hi to all of you...it's like Christmas not online for a day and all those lovely replies. Yes Yoga Limbs I guess would be good and I also consider all those DVD's...exciting...
Have a great weekend!!!!
