Read that milk chocolates have caffines which will affect the milk supply.What about whites?Whites only have milk,sugar and cream,isnt it?which probably lead to one's becoming fat but caffines in them??thanks!

white chocolate has no caffeine in them - so you have nothing to worry about. Eat up - you may get fatter, but you have to enjoy SOMETHING while breastfeeding.
