The best bet will be the BBT, if it remains high after your normal lutheal phase.

There are many symtoms that some women have and others dont.
Tiredness and frequency of urination are the most universal.
So if you are falling asleep on the toilet---CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Mine was an aversion to red wine. Once I was off my grog, I knew something was up. Luckily no morning sickness for me.

I didn't experience frequent urination at the early stage of my pregnancy. The first signs were sore nipples, feeling bloated/airy, funny stomache. Then the sickness kicks in, and I feel sleepy a lot (not really tired, but having trouble to concentrate). Oh! one big bonus, my boobs started growing - and I feel very sexy with them, haha.
If you feel the morning sickness everyday, you are definitely not imagining it. You are pregnant! I actually got worried when I stop feeling sick for 2-3 days. Then it returned...damn, but I am happy with it as long as it doesn't attack me too frequently. A piece of toast always help though.

I knew about 5 dpo - stomach felt slightly crampy (I never get period cramps), breasts slightly tender, changes in discharge, running to the loo, and the tiredness started kicking in. A couple of weeks later I lost my appetite completely and soon evening nausea started kicking in.
