LOSING HAIR!

it happens - it grows back though. I lost all my hair in the front - and when it started growing back it stuck up all over the place - i couldn't do a thing about it. Now it's longer, (still not as long as the rest of my hair) but I just gave birth again, so I guess I'll be losing it all over again!


You're not supposed to wear your hair in the same style every day. Get a good brush, and when your hair is wet, do not use a brush - use a wide tooth comb, start slowly at the ends and gradually work out the tangles.


My husband (who loses hair for different reasons) is a huge fan of the Nioxin line of hair products - I occasionally use it as well as it feels good - some people say that it's good for your overall scalp health.
