I'm a foreigner living in Beijing wanting to adopt a chinese baby.
Does anybody know reliable (english speaking) chinese adoption agencies?
Agencies in my home country or the consulate can't help. They say I have to use local agencies, since I live here.

What is your nationality? You may find that agencies in your home country have never worked with an expat and are unwilling to learn.
