Hi, according to take "Take Charge of Your Fertility," cervical fluid should dry up shortly after ovulation through until the next period. But at 8DP0, I have quite a lot of wet, milky, white fluid. Is this most likely a sign of infection? Should I schedule a doctor's appointment?
Thanks

hi wishing and hoping, I am on 7DPO and have the same symptoms as you. The wet, milky, white fluid is normal according to my TCM practioner. If I am not mistaken, according to him, it is the body getting ready for the next ovulation cycle and the cervical mucus acts as a protection layer to the uterus. I have taken notes for the past 3 months and noticed that this milky lotion appears each time from 4DPO till around 10DPO.
If you have any concerns, do please schedule a check with your doc for a peace of mind. Wishing you plenty of good luck to your baby making this month!

I've noticed this with mine too. So much so that I don't even know if I'm predicting my ovulation correctly.
But I did have an infection from too much oestrogen in my system. They call it candidiasis. I was on medication and couldn't TTC for 2 cycles as a result. Well, my excuse anyway, I took the pills for a week but for 2 months.
