Has anyone had a 4D scan done after 36 weeks? All the info I've seen suggests doing it before 36 weeks. Am I wasting my time (and $) if I go later?

Cara is right, when the fetus is more mature, at this stage, 4D doesn't show. Just went for my weekly appointment at my OB, was week 37+2, 4D doesn't show anything because there needs to be enough liquid surrounding the baby, as my doctor explained to me. He did turn on the 4D, but very unclear.

4D has a fourth dimension - time- which means movement. The pictures that you get when they printout are 3D.
