Dental check up and spa treatments

Hi everyone,


I'm going for a dental checkup/cleaning soon and just wanted to make sure that that was fine during pregnancy (I'm now 6 months).


Also, I'm thinking of getting a spa treatment (massage, mud/wrap) while I'm overseas - is this safe also?

if your body gets hot in the mud wrap (sometimes they seal you in in this foil thing) it would not be advisable. Also - lying on your back for a massage may not be comfortable for you. There are some places that offer "maternity" massages.
