Hi there
I have just recently had a miscarriage, this happened 2 weeks after I had taken a pee on a stick test the day of my missed period. The result window was faint but def. there. The pregnancy was then confirmed by doctor. The faint result caused me lots of worry and don't want to do that type of test again. Does anyone know where I can purchase a digital test from in Hong Kong ? hopefully in central (can't seem to find them when I look in mannings and watsons).

They sell them at the pharmacy in Stanley Plaza. To be honest though, they work in the same way (detect the amount of HCG in the urine stream), so will detect pregnancy without any guarantee of it being a successful one. Know what its like though, I test early and cannot help being devastated if it all subsequently goes wrong. Good luck with it!

thanks - funny how you are brain washed when younger that the slightest mishap and you will fall pregnant followed by screaming child ! not as easy as it seems.
just hate that situation - is it a line, is it not a line ! when they are faint. Just wondering if the digital ones will be clearer - no room for agonizing about faint lines.
Don't suppose you know of anywhere nearer central.

The lines get darker as the HCG levels go up, so say a few days after your period is due. That's one of my tests (do an early one just before period due and another one a week or so later), if the line is not any darker, I prepare myself for the worst. I think the digital test takes a little longer to give a firm positive, but I'm afraid that I've had 2 digital +s that resulted in M/C too. Sorry I cannot be of more help, I've no idea where else you can get them. Best of luck!
