Would anyone be willing to post a sample of their birth plan? I would appreciate seeing the different ways people word out their birth plan to help me write mine.

KEEP IT SIMPLE:

Here was mine, and I got all three wishes :)

Epidural - ASAP

Breast Milk ONLY

Husband with me at all times

I also had a list of doctor (OBGYN and Pediatrician) numbers at the bottom, both for my reference and theirs.
