Put ur feet up and drink more water. Try to reduce salt intact. I got that with my 2nd child very bad. Thats all that they suggested.
as it gets hotter the more your ankles will swell too so try to keep feet up as much as possible.

hehe i know what ur feeling. i am 31 weeks and my feet have started to slightly swell.
If they get too big and i mean where you cant even see your feet you should talk to your doctor.
Oh and usually the feet, ankles and legs swell too. its such a pain.
Best of luck dear!

I had a fair amount of wanter retention in my feet and legs towards the end of my last pregnancy and I went to a reflexology place in Causeway Bay. I asked specifically for someone who was trained to work on pregnant ladies and was very impressed by the foot massage itself as well as the results afterwards (although my feet were tender, the swelling went down enough over the following couple of days that I could actually see my ankles for a change!) Iactually wrote the details down on a thread at the time. You can go to this link for all the details. Good luck! http://hongkong.asiaxpat.com/forums/practical/threads/57692.asp

Oh i never thought about that.... I go every once in a while to get that done already didnt realize it helped haha. Its pretty common here in Shanghai. I know after you deliver your not supposed to massage the feet or legs for a period of time due to blood clots and such.
Try it out and see how it works for you.

hi qwerty123,
I had terribly swollen feet and ankles during my pregnancy from about 30 weeks onwards so I do sympathise. What REALLY helped me was wearing flight socks, the kind you buy for long-haul flights to prevent DVTs - they helped immediately and I felt as though I was walking on air. I worked until the end of my pregnancy and I'm not sure I could have done it without these. Wore them every single day - not very attractive, certainly, but they brought the swelling right down. I asked my dr about them too and she said 'great'. Good Luck !
