Hi guys,
My hCG levels are normal for 4.5 weeks. So far so good.
I have been going to Dr. Ho for fertility issues. I like him and Kelly and don't really have problems with him. But.... since I have conceived naturally and don't need the 6-12 week fertility support, I am wondering if I should change to a Dr. who only concentrate on the ObGyn side of the practice.
I am also really interested in having a Dr. who is genuinely believes in natural delivery and not because I say so. Ofcourse, if I change my mind last minute- I don't want someone who would make me feel bad about change of heart.
All this is weird because its so early for me to be thinking of delivery but it seems I have to book a hospital really fast. I feel like stalling because I don't want to jinx the situation but then I want to start seeing the Dr. who would be appropriate for me sooner than later.
I have heard of Dr. Dawkins and Dr. Sally Ferguson as being pro-natural. Any comments or any personal experiences? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks, 788
ps I have a stupid question- what is the difference between prenatal and antenatal?

Hi, 788
I would recommend Dr Joe Chan to you as he is very good and professional. He is definitely pro-natural. From my previous experience with him, he is very patient and always explain in details. He never push, and help me making my own decisions. His office no is 25233328. In additional, he works with his wife in the same office. His wife is also an OBGYN.

Hi, Dr Joe did a minimal invasive surgery for my ovarian cyst and I was then pregnant. He delivered my girl, now almost 2 years ago.
His office is in the Central. I think he also deliver babies in some of the hospitals in Kowloon. Please check. I am sure that he won't disappoint you.

You can also consider Dr. Arabinda Ghosh at Harcourt House (great ob-gyn but very busy and prone to overbook so be prepared for up to one hour waits every appt), Dr. Lucy Lord (heard she is good but very no-nonsense, no hand-holding approach), the ob-gyn at Central Medical Practice at Prince's Building who's name I forget but who 2 friends went to. If u have a hospital preference u may want to check who delivers at the hospital u want to go to.

Hi guys, Thank you for your recommendations and answers! I had my first check up and I even saw a heartbeat at 60bpm. CRAZY!! I had made appointments with various docs if I didn't like one or the other. And for some reason Dr. Lucy Lord and I connected right away. Or perhaps she was in a good mood yesterday- she was quite chatty, very unlike the reputation I had heard. Fingers crossed!!
