For those seeing one, how often do you do this? is there a need after ovulation? thanks.

I am doing this twice a week before pregnancy confirmed. And once a week after I was confirmed.

I guess it depends on why you are getting the acupuncture. If for ovulation, then I was told the most important times are around Day 2 or 3 to help the lining shed properly and then as much as possible before ovulation. I guess if you have a luteal phase deficiency then after ovulation might be better. In terms of which acupuncturist in HK - Troy Sing is excellent and I have also heard the lady at Vitality Centre is very good (can't remember her name). Hope that helps!
