Know a Gynae who does vaginal scans?

Hello,


Has anyone seen (or know of) a good English speaking gynae who did a vaginal scan and confirmed that the embryo is in the uterus on their 1st appt (ie or at 5weeks pregnant?)


I just saw a doc who did a abdominal scan that couldnt confirm my pregnancy but was subsequently confirmed only via a blood test.


My 1st child's gynae did a vaginal scan that not only could instantly confirm my pregancy, but also see and measure the embryo size which was about 0.49cm.


I am now left to play the waiting game as the doc could only give me another appt 1 week later to do another scan to confirm that the sack/embryo is in the uterus and that I'm not having an etopic pregancy....mental agony....


Hence I hope to see another doc who can actually do a vaginal scan at the clinic.

I had a V scan at 4.5 weeks with my first and he confirmed / measured embryo size. My doctor was Dr. Dawkins at Jardin house - he has unfortunate moved back to Australia but I know another doctor has taken his place who seems to have good reviews. I think the machine he uses is the same one and if so its really advanced / much clearer than other scans I've seen. You could call his nurse Daisy and ask her if he can do this - 27154577

You can have an early vaginal scan at The Women's Clinic in Central. Here is their website: http://www.thewomensclinic.com.hk/

I can recommend Dr. Doo from personal experience, but I think there are 2 or 3 doctors working from that clinic.
