hi friends,
Has anyone done an IVF cycle at Queens Mary Hospital , I would be interested in hearing about your experience. I have been trying to concieve since 8 years now with 3 failed IUI's with Dr. Ho & now finally decided to go for IVF at QM. Have got the appointment for next month. Bit more nervous about the timings as heard from a friend that they usually keep you under observation by contrasaptive pills like Clomid for first few months before starting up with the process. Is that True ? Getting impatient by the thought of again starting with Zero. Also does anyone know about the Costs invloved in the whole process ? Tks for your advices & help.

jan75, hope your first visit to QM gave you good feeling. I am sorry I don't know anything about the fertility treatment at QM, but sometimes people get good results right after changing a doctor. I have changed doctors myself several times so I know how stressful it could be but it is good for you that you made a decision and acted on it. Taking initiative is good! Take all the copies of your tests done at Dr. Ho and you don't have to repeat it. Kelly should be quite helpful with that. Good luck!
