hi there

I am a Canadian living in zhuhai and I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the procedures I need to take to have a baby in hong Kong at a public hospital.

Why a public hospital? As a non resident you will need to pay a total of HK$39,000 upfront which also includes a pre-natal checkup. All the details you need are on the Hospital Authority website: http://www.ha.org.hk/visitor/ha_visitor_index.asp?Parent_ID=645&Content_ID=1161
