Hello all, I'd like to be prepared with phone numbers and addresses to contact when we're pregnant and would like to use the public hospital system here.
Our son was born in another country and it was all very straight forward there but here I'm not sure where to start and don't want to think I'm being proactive when really I'm going around in circles when it's time for numebr 2!
Does one contact a central number or does one 'walk in' at QMH? Our health insurance doesn't cover any pregnancy related costs at all and as it will be number 2, I'm sure I'll be fine in the public system.
Perhaps some info regarding this topic can be made a sticky?
