We're originally from the UK, living in HK 6 months and interested in adoption.
I've looked at the social work website and leaflets, but they give a fairly limited idea of what to expect and I think we can't start the process with them till we've lived here a year anyway? I'd still like some info in the meantime to plan ahead.
Any good websites/ contacts about adoption in HK?
Any good tips for people at our stage in the process appreciated!

Thanks- just had a look and Mother's Choice has a "considering adoption" meeting coming up, which may be very helpful. I had thought this organisation was a childrens' home and gave advice on sexual health but had no idea they could advise people in our situation. I had asked social services if they knew of courses like this, but they didn't mention looking at Mothers' Choice and I had the impression there wasn't much out there for those in the "considering/ waiting" phase, so I appreciate the suggestion!
